Hello Second Graders!

My name is Laura Wolfe and I am so excited to welcome a new class of second graders to my room for the 2023-2024 school year. We are going to have the best year yet!

 

I will be entering my 13th year of teaching at St. Felix this school year. I spent my first year teaching Kindergarten, the next 7 years in first grade, and this will be my fifth year in second grade. I absolutely love the community we have here at St. Felix- there really is no better school!!

I grew up, and still live in Winona, MN with my husband Nate. I attended the College of St. Benedict for my schooling, where I received an Elementary Education degree with a minor in Spanish. In my free time, I love reading, cooking and being outside in the sunshine. I also LOVE to exercise! Did you know that I owned a CrossFit gym for a few years?!
